Our Story

Kuyashii is a modern fast paced restaurant offering high quality tonkotsu, hand wrapped dumplings and craft cocktails. Our concept started in 2018 and our doors finally opened in June 2021. Our first restaurant Terras Urban Mexican Kitchen is also located in downtown and it first opened it’s doors in 2016. We focus on high quality food with creative twist that are inspired by our culture and craft cocktails unique to our city. We will continue to learn, get better and grow with our community.

Kuyashii focuses on tonkotsu ramen which is a broth made up of hard boiled pork feet for a long period of time with notes of garlic and ginger served with wheat noodles.
